About the Event
We are delighted to be able to welcome you to our Stay and Play events. Although restrictions have reduced in recent months, we are still operating in a covid-secure way at our events.
Our main ticket is a combined ticket for one playing child and one accomanying free adult (£7 each). Our equipment is recommended mainly for those aged 2-6 years, although if you have a confident walker under 2 years old then they are welcome to play too. We ask that total numbers on site are reduced and that only one adult attends with each playing child. We have a limited number of extra adult tickets on sale should this be required. If you have younger (non-playing) siblings attending, then no ticket is required if not playing.
We still require details of all attendees who will be on site so you will be asked for this information on booking. We reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone not adhering to this and the covid secure measures that are outlined below. This will ensure a safe enviornment for all attendees.
Our stay and play events are outlined below:
- This is an independent play session where children explore the play equipment. The Dinky Drivers set up includes vintage pedal cars, ride-ons, petrol pump, play tent, photo backdrop and road related accessories.
- Full supervision by a member of staff and full risk assessment and Covid-Secure measures in place.
- Limited numbers of children playing (currently between 16-20 a session depending on hall size).
- A maximum no of adults on site to reduce numbers attending overall.
- Only one parent/carer in attendance with each paying child ticket.
- Additional adult tickets available if required. These are limited to reduce overall numbers on site.
- We ask that every adult attending wear a face covering whilst playing with the equipment and moving around the play area.
- A one way system for entering and exiting the session.
- Full cleaning and disinfecting playing surfaces/equipment before and after each session.
- Regular cleaning during the session of playing equipment and regular touch points.
Please note that we are no longer running a cafe at our term time events. You are welcome to bring your own food and drink with you if required, but this must be consumed away from the play area.
Car Parking is available at this hall for free.
If you have additional needs (e.g medical needs) that we need to be aware of, then please put this in the 'anything else we should know?' section of the booking form.
